Heritage Printing is a veteran owned & operated printer of publications, event signage & displays, operating 2 production facilities serving Southern Maryland, DC and Charlotte, NC.
Heritage was established in 1977 in Leonardtown, MD as Gass Printing Services, the business was sold to the Gass sons, Joe & Steve, in 1988 and rebranded as Heritage Printing & Graphics.
The Charlotte facility opened in 2009 and quickly established itself as the “go to” wide format signage printer in the Southeast.
In 2014, Charlotte added a 64” six color flatbed printer and a 104” six color roll printer, a banner hemmer and grommet machine, to produce large orders in fast turn times.
The signage demand in DC spurred Heritage to add the signage capabilities to their Leonardtown commercial print facility, a 64” and a 104” latex printers that image to vinyl and fabric were installed.
In August, 2015, Heritage acquired Beacon Printing, relocating its print and sign capabilities to Waldorf, MD, Beacon and Heritage Printing are now combined under one roof.

Charlotte has since added a color flatbed printer for rigid substrates up to 5’ x 10’, a CNC Router, a BOSS Laser cutter, and numerous technologically advanced pieces of printing equipment.
Heritage Printing has been awarded over 200 print quality awards, establishing themselves as the leader in both commercial publications printing and wide format event signage and display printing for both Southern Maryland, Charlotte, NC, and the East Coast!
