The 2016 Georgetown GLOW invites visitors to re-imagine the season of light through outdoor public art. Now in its third year, 2016's Georgetown GLOW is expanding from a 10-night to a month-long exhibition running from Friday, December 2 through Sunday, January 1, with works lit from 6 – 10 p.m. nightly.
Beginning December 1st, the Festival features free performances nightly in the comfortable, state-of-the-art theater located in the Visitors' Center. A different performing artist or group is showcased each night, including bell ensembles, choirs, orchestras, and more! Each performance is presented twice nightly. Temple grounds glow with over 650,000 lights, December 1st through January 1st
ZooLights at the National Zoo

FREE! No tickets are required, parking is $22 with extras happening during the evening. But you can see the exhibit buildings and nocturnal critters! The Small Mammal House, Great Ape House, Reptile Discovery Center, Think Tank, and Kids' Farm.
