Charles County Parks and Recreation will have a Pee Wee and Youth Basketball League this Summer. Registration for both leagues is now open and will conclude on May 26th. Register using the links below.
Those interested in registering in the Northern (Waldorf, Bryantown, Hughesville) part of the county should use the codes that end with NO.
Those interested in registering for the Southern/Western (La Plata, Port Tobacco, Indian Head, Bryans Road) part of the county should use the codes that end with SU.
Pee Wee Basketball
Charles County Department of Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Pee Wee Basketball Program is, first and foremost, intended to provide a positive social experience for boys and girls with an emphasis placed on good sportsmanship, fun, and exercise. Teams are based on area, age, height, and experience. This program is scheduled to run on Saturdays from June 19th through August 14th.
Players and coaches receive a team shirt. It is your responsibility to select the correct shirt size. Additional $7 charge for new shirt size. The program age is as of September 1, 2021. Online registration only. Registration is limited. The fee for the league is $65

Youth Basketball League

Youth league practices are scheduled to be held the week of June 21.
The 8 game season is scheduled to run from June 28 to July 29. Games played at various locations Mondays through Thursdays. Leagues may be combined due to low program enrollment. League is countywide. League age is as of September 1, 2021.
Players age 17 must be enrolled in high school. Online registration only. Registration is limited.
The fee for the league is $80.
